Feature: Describe your project, get a framework.
Think about specific questions to ask the user for how they want the app to feel. Would they like it very custom or not? Based on that suggest a ui framework. ask them for how many users they expect in the near future- hosting and architecture. Ask them about what data they would likely be storing - a dropdown to add entities like users, etc.
Ask also about a general description of the functionality for the app.
Feature: codebase health monitoring- is it in a good condition? Do they need to work more on refactoring? How does the codebase need affect future sustainability vs their goals for the business? What would be the likely outcomes if they optimised too much for speed or sustainability? Provide them with possible routes and action plans.
